M. A. Maksoud, D.M.D., P.A.
Dr. Maksoud is a renown Periodontist, having accepted a residency in Periodontology at Tufts University of Dental Medicine in 1986 and subsequently graduated in 1989 with a Doctor of Medicine Degree. He also received his Dental Implant Certificate in 1990 (Core Vent Corporation, Boston.) Dr. Maksoud has been appointed Fellow at the International Congress of Oral Implantology in New York (1995) and Associate Fellow at American College of Oral Implantology in New York (1995), as well as the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in Chicago (2001.)
His many academic positions include but are not limited to: Teaching Fellow - Department of Periodontology at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine from 1987 to 1989 where he also served as Clinical Instructor and Assistant Clinical Professor. Currently, Dr. Maksoud serves as Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Florida College of Dentistry and Clinical Instructor at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine.
Teresa M., R.D.H., C.D.A.
Teresa, who is fluent in English, Italian and French, has been working in the dental field since 1989 when she began as a Dental Assistant. Having received a degree in Dental Hygiene from Forsyth School (Boston) in 1996, she has worked with this exceptional team at Associated Dental Group of Weymouth for twelve years. Teresa also participates regularly in continuing education courses with a goal of expanding her knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. She includes caring for pediatric, periodontic, orthodontic and implant patients among her specialities. "I strive to educate and motivate my patients to achieve continuing optimal oral health success."
Denise L., R.D.H., C.D.A.
Denise began her career in the dental field in 1998 as a Dental Assistant and then returned to school, graduating from Cape Cod Community College in 2004 with the Dental Hygiene degree. She then accepted a full-time position with Associated Dental Group of Weymouth. Currently, she participates in continuing education courses; is Northeast Regional Board certified in local anesthesia; and is certified in radiology. Denise considers caring for the apprehensive patient as well as the pediatric patient to be among her many specialities. "I love taking care of people and providing to them the very best dental hygiene service available."
Sarah P., R.D.H.
A 2004 Cape Cod Community College graduate, Sarah specializes in dental cleanings, oral hygiene instruction and periodontal assessment. She is certified in radiology as well as licensed to administer local anesthesia. Sarah was initially employed at Associated Dental Group of Weymouth in 2005 in a part-time capacity, but soon agreed to become a member of our team as a full-time hygienist. "One of the greatest benefits I've experienced here is the on-going relationships established with both my colleagues and patients."
Meg M., Office Manager
Meg joined the Associated Dental Group of Weymouth team in 2006 after many years as a patient of Dr. Fawzy. A lifelong resident of Weymouth, she graduated from Katharine Gibbs in 1974 with an Associates Degree in Business.
